Welcome! I’m Caitlin, an editor, writer, and creative producer with over 20 years of storytelling experience and a proven track record of producing exceptional work. I move from the heart, love to get deep, and my happy place is collaborating with like-minded people to create something authentic and meaningful.

Wanna hear more? Let’s get into it.

  • I’m a classically trained (and proud) theater kid; my degree is in storytelling.

  • I have professional experience in every facet of the storytelling process.

  • I have extensive experience communicating and collaborating with a wide variety of people. Including, but certainly not limited to, academics, actors, artists, authors, board members, designers, directors, executives, marketers, members, playwrights, photographers, presenters, producers, professional speakers, students, teachers, technology and innovation professionals, web developers, writers, and beyond!

  • I have extensive experience utilizing a wide variety of platforms, software, and tools (print, digital, editing, live, etc.).

  • I’m a team sports kind of person, meaning that while there are times I am totally content to work on my own, I really love the comradery and process of a group of people coming together to create or accomplish something.

  • I fundamentally and wholeheartedly believe in the power and necessity of stories.

  • I am driven by an intense curiosity for exploring and sharing the human experience as well as the beautiful mysteries of the world.

  • I work because I feel deeply connected to the mutually beneficial exchange of exploring, sharing, and connecting from and with one another.

  • I strongly believe that “why” and “how” we do something is just as important as the “what.” It’s vital that those I work with also share my values regarding integrity, balance, process, and quality. After all, if we aren’t having fun and making something meaningful what’s the point?

  • I thrive in safe, supportive, transparent, and established environments that offer the right balance of structure and consistency and flexibility and variety where I maintain autonomy over my time and work.

  • I’m fierce in my convictions, hold high standards, but am also thoughtful, kind, and a great listener.

What can I do specifically? I can…

  • Pitch, source, select, and develop stories.

  • Identify storytellers that align w/ mission, purpose, theme, and style.

  • Produce or create audio stories (fiction and nonfiction).

  • Edit stories, scripts, and/or publications.

  • Adapt/produce stories for another medium.

  • Write (blurbs, stories, scripts, outlines, intros, descriptions, transcripts, etc.).

  • Host or co-host a podcast (fiction and nonfiction).

  • Consult or collaborate on all or a few aspects of a creative project.

  • Conduct, facilitate and/or moderate conversations and interviews.

  • Edit audio and video files.

  • Mix audio and sound design.

  • Compile and/or organize creative materials and assets.
